Following are responses to questions that radiologists and health care administrators frequently ask about working with The Radlinx Group.

Q. Will my Teleradiology system be compatible with Radlinx?
A. Chances are very good that it will. Radlinx has the ability to read nearly every teleradiology and PACS on the market. In many instances it is not even necessary to have a teleradiology system.

Q. Do I need to utilize the service every night?
A. No. Radlinx will tailor the coverage to meet your schedule. Many of our clients are part of a group where not every member wants the service. Radlinx will cover the night call for those who do and will not charge for those who do not utilize night coverage.

Q. How is the malpractice insurance issue handled?
A. Radlinx maintains its own nationwide malpractice insurance with $1million/$3milliion policy limits. This policy is specifically tailored to teleradiology.

Q. What type of turnaround time can the client expect on reports?
A. Radlinx will return all report to the client within 30 minutes of receipt of images.

Q. Can the ED physicians, technologists or Radiologists speak to the Radlinx physician?
A. Yes, all Radlinx physicians are available for telephone consultations during the coverage hours.

Q. What are the hours of coverage?
A. 6:00 pm through 6:00 am CST. 7:00 pm through 7:00am EST, PST and MST. The client is not obligated to start at any certain time. It is at the clients' discretion to determine the appropriate start time.
